  • you are an individual resident of Sagamu
  • death certificate
  • proof of land ownership or family consent

It costs ₦5,000. Payment is one-off.

How to apply

  1. Sign in to your Sagamu LGA account.
  2. Fill in the online form with your details.
  3. Check your answers and submit.
  4. Pay the fee of ₦5,000 online.
  5. An LGA officer will review your application and issue your certificate — usually within 5 working days.
