ICT Support Officer

Provide hands-on support for departmental staff: install and troubleshoot laptops, manage the printer pool, keep the secretariat wifi/switches running, assist with portal user accounts.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc Computer Science or Information Systems
  • CompTIA A+ / Network+ a plus
  • Comfortable with Windows, macOS and basic networking
  • Polite and patient
